- 5×60 mm shaft ×3 · Motion box
- GT2 20T 9 mm pulley ×3 · Motion box
- M4×4 set screws ×6 · Fasteners, Tools & Misc box
- caliper · tool
Do: Caliper the first pulley at 33 mm from the long shaft end to its near flange, then build the other three shaft/pulley pairs the same way.
Check
Four shafts, four 20T pulleys, all at the same protrusion, all with a set screw on the flat, all eight set screws tight.
Helper Reads the caliper aloud on each of the four shafts: 33 mm.
What you're looking at
Manual p.32's set-screw panel: both set screws in, one on the D-cut flat. The same 33 mm on all four shafts puts the four 20T pulleys in one plane, so the four corners lift evenly.
