Generated by scripts/build_printables.py from slicer/bins.py — do not hand-edit.

33 bins in 29 of 48 A5 and 6 of 12 B5 mesh bags, plus 1 box. Each bin's bag comes from its parts' measured size (slicer/bin_bags.py; the rule is in print/README.md § Bins).

Print on US Letter at 100 %, two labels to a sheet. Cut on the dashed line, then trim along the frame: a trimmed label is 200 × 130 mm and slides into an A5 bag, reading through the mesh. A box label tapes on. The bin id is what the plate diagrams and the batch chapters' Sort into bins steps use, and each QR opens the chapter's step overview. After the labels come the bag and box index and a 1:1 fastener gauge, each on its own page.

• Greased rails one bin The seven rails, bagged and labelled by destination, carriages taped. Ch 00 Steps 00.17–00.22 (label and bag at 00.21).
• Hardware trays A–C printed trays The kit's fastener bags, emptied into labelled compartments on kit day; the empty bags stay flat in the Fasteners, Tools & Misc box as spares. A PLA bench print. Ch 00 Step 00.12.

Fastener gauge, print at 100 %

Every M3 and M5 cap, button and flat head screw in the kit BOM (scripts/data/ldo-350-bom.yml), the heat-set insert and both roll-in T-nuts, drawn 1:1. Print with scaling at 100 % (not fit to page), then check the 50 mm bar with the caliper. Lay a screw on its drawing: length runs from the dashed line, under the head for cap and button heads, from the flat top for a flat head. The bar under each shank is that length.
