Parts:
- 4× M5 precision spacer · Fasteners, Tools & Misc box
- 4× F695 bearing · Motion box
Do:
- Work on the far bolt, ~34 mm from the bore centre. Measure if in doubt.
- Load two pairs bottom to top: spacer, F695 flange down, F695 flange up, spacer, spacer, F695 flange down, F695 flange up, spacer.
Check
Eight items, 20 mm of stack, exactly two spacers touching in the middle, and no flange facing another flange.
Helper Reads the eight-item stack order aloud and hands you each part in turn.
What you're looking at
Manual p.74: the post farther from the motor bore, taking two pairs. Both belt planes pass through this drive, so it needs two channels stacked, separated by the two spacers that meet in the middle. It is the most mis-stacked assembly in the build.
Caution
Rev D+ / LDO: all four "M5 shims" here are brass M5 precision spacers. src
