Step 00.6 — Set aside the ten LDO-supplied printed parts¶
Step 6 of 32 with a helper · Chapter 00 — Before you start
(no image — see text)
Parts:
- Leviathan Bracket Left ×1 · Electronics 2 box
- Leviathan Bracket Right ×1 · Electronics 2 box
- NH Adapter Mount ×1 · Electronics 2 box
- DIN Clip ×4 · Electronics 2 box
- CW2 Chain Anchor Tilted ×1 · Electronics 2 box
- 2×3 Splitter Spacer ×2 · Electronics 2 box
- LDO Nozzle Probe ×1 · Electronics 2 box
- Bed WAGO Mount ×1 · Electronics 2 box
- Stealthburner LED Diffuser ×1, clear PETG · Electronics 2 box
- CW2 PCB Spacer ×1 · Electronics 2 box
Do:
- Count them and put them in their own labelled bin.
- Do not print these; the print plan already excludes them, and you have no clear filament for the PETG LED diffuser.
Check
Ten part types accounted for, in one bin, labelled LDO SUPPLIED — DO NOT PRINT.
Helper Counts the ten LDO parts into their bin and writes the DO NOT PRINT label.
What you're looking at
Ten printed parts LDO makes for you, in one bag: the pieces the Voron STL set does not cover or you cannot reproduce. They include the two Leviathan brackets, DIN clips, the nozzle-probe body, the bed WAGO mount and the clear Stealthburner LED diffuser.
Caution
Rev D+ / LDO: the USB-adapter mount base is supplied printed, but the cover changed for the V2 board. Plate B07-P1 already prints the correct V2 usb_adapter_mount_partial_cover.stl into bin 09-bay, plus a spare V1 cover in spare-alt. Fit the V2 one. src · survey §4.1 ⑤
Good stopping point · ~40 min since the last one
both cartons inventoried and repacked, every fastener bag closed, the deck thickness written on its film and the ten LDO-supplied parts in their own bin. Nothing is open to dust. Do not start unbagging rails before you have the grease and IPA on the bench.
