Do:
- Bolt a bracket to each end of both A extrusions: one leg on the end face, M5×16 BHCS in the centre bore.
- Free leg flush with the bottom face, past the end, to sit on the rail. Snug.
Check
4 brackets, 4 bolts, every free leg flush with the bottom face and pointing away from its end, all four oriented identically.
What you're looking at
Manual p.18: the last two A extrusions with a corner bracket on each end. These bed extrusions are 470 mm and carry the build plate. They hang on their brackets between the front and rear rails, underside level with the rail tops.
Tip
Leave the M5×16 snug. Step 01.19 tightens them once the brackets sit flat on the rails.
