Parts:
- A extrusion ×10 · set out now, fitted later
- B extrusion ×4 · set out now, fitted later
- C extrusion ×2 · set out now, fitted later

- masking tape · consumable

Do:
- Lay every extrusion out and sort by length.
- Label each group A/B/C/D/E with masking tape.
- Bag C, D and E separately, labelled for Ch 05: manual p.85, p.88, p.101.
Check
10 A, 4 B, 2 C, 1 D, 1 E. Only the four B extrusions have small round access holes near each end.
Helper Sorts the extrusions into piles by length and counts each pile aloud.
What you're looking at
Manual p.13 lays the eighteen extrusions out by length. These 2020 extrusions are 20 × 20 mm aluminium bars with a T-slot down each face. A is the horizontal, B the vertical, C / D / E the gantry in Ch 05.
