Step 04.16 — B idler: pull the aid bolt and slide in the tension arm¶

Parts:

[a]_tensioner_left, insert and M5 nut fitted · already on the bench
Do: Pinch the frames together, withdraw the M5×40 SHCS downwards, and slide [a]_tensioner_left into the channel until its top boss lines up with the frame's top hole.
Check
The arm lies flat in the channel; its boss is concentric with the hole above it.
Helper Pinches the two idler frames together while you swap the bolt for the arm.
