Do: Add the other three joints the same way. Same light tightening on all four.
Check
Four M5×40 in, all light. Lift gently under one Y extrusion: the gantry moves as one piece, all four carriages together.
What you're looking at
The other three corners, same single bolt, same lightness. With four in, the gantry is properly attached to all four Z carriages and moves as one piece up and down the uprights.
Good stopping point · ~45 min since the last one
gantry lifted into the frame and bolted to all four Z joints, articulating freely. This segment could not be broken (two-person lift). Z belts are still unrouted; leave the idlers alone.
