Do: Drop the latch over its post and secure with one M3×25 SHCS. Snug: the latch must still pivot.
Check
The latch swings over and hooks the shuttle, holding the guidler closed, and releases cleanly when lifted.
What you're looking at
The latch is the blue lever that hooks over the latch shuttle from 08.11 to hold the guidler arm closed against spring pressure, so filament can be loaded one-handed. It also has to pivot, so it too is snug rather than tight.
