Do: Drop the Revo Voron heatsink into the rear printhead half so the heatsink's groove locates on the printed rib, with the HeaterCore's wires pointing up the side p.40 draws them on. Do not bend anything yet.

The heatsink cannot rotate in the pocket, and the nozzle protrudes centrally.

What you're looking at

The rear printhead half is the pocket the hotend lives in. The heatsink's groove locates on a moulded rib that stops the hotend rotating when you hand-tighten the nozzle. SB p.40 draws the hotend in this half: it goes in before the wires are routed.
