Do: Bring the front half onto the rear half around the hotend and fix with two M3×16 SHCS.

The two halves close with no gap and the hotend has zero play in any direction.

What you're looking at

Front half on, two bolts, and the tool cartridge now exists as an object: hotend, both printhead halves and, next, the PTFE, as one unit that later slides up into the toolhead. Any movement here is movement of the nozzle.
