Step 08.31 — Fit the four tool-cartridge mounting bolts¶

- M3×8 SHCS ×4 · Fasteners, Tools & Misc box
Do: Drive four M3×8 SHCS into the top face of the tool cartridge until each head seats on the plastic. Stop there; do not overtighten.
Check
Four heads seated, all at the same height.
Helper Checks that the four bolt heads stand at the same height and points at any that sits high.
What you're looking at
These four M3×8 are studs, not fasteners. Their heads engage keyholes in the Clockwork 2 when the cartridge slides up into place at Step 08.61, so all four must stand at exactly the same height or the cartridge hangs crooked.
