Do: Route its wires from the left side of the plenum, right to left, and seat the fan in the left side. Now cut both fans' wires to equal length, roughly 30–40 mm proud of the enclosure.
Check
Both fans seated, all four wire ends the same length at 30–40 mm, both impellers spin freely.
What you're looking at
The second fan mirrors the first. Cutting all four wire ends to the same 30–40 mm now is what makes the bridge-PCB soldering at 11.33 tidy, and it also fixes the plenum's mounting position later.
