Do: In both [stepper_x] and [stepper_y], uncomment the 350 pair and leave the 250 and 300 pairs commented. [stepper_x] after editing, with [stepper_y] identical below the header:

Check
Exactly two live position_endstop/position_max pairs in the file's X/Y sections, one per stepper.
What you're looking at
A [stepper_x] section describes one axis motor and its limit switch: how far one revolution moves the axis, how finely the driver subdivides a step, which pin the endstop is on, and where the axis ends. All three build sizes ship commented out.
Klipper's parser is non-strict: a second live position_max in the same section is silently accepted and the last one wins.
Caution
Rev D+ / LDO: the kit config ships with every build size commented out. This is the first of six places that need the 350 lines uncommented (survey §4.4 #15). src
