Do: Confirm the [extruder] heater and sensor block matches your hotend. For the kit's Revo HF, LDO's shipped values are already correct, so verify rather than edit:

Check
sensor_type reads ATC Semitec 104NT-4-R025H42G and pullup_resistor: 2200 is present. Leave the PID values alone; PID_CALIBRATE HEATER=extruder TARGET=245 in Ch 13 replaces them.
What you're looking at
The [extruder] section carries both the hotend heater and its temperature sensor. sensor_type names the thermistor's resistance curve and pullup_resistor the fixed resistor on the board it is measured against. Get either wrong and the printer reads a plausible but false temperature.
Sourcing: E3D publishes the Revo 60 W 104NT HeaterCore as Thermistor Type: Semitec 104NT-4-R025H42G, Klipper Setting: "ATC Semitec 104NT-4-R025H42G", 60W, Max Printing Temperature: 300°C. Use the Revo's integrated thermistor lead into TH0; the loose Semitec 104NT in the kit bag is a spare. src
Caution
Rev D+ / LDO: the wiring guide says the TH0 connector is "JST-XH2.5 two pin". On the V2 board it is JST-PH2.0 (survey §4.1 ③). The heater screw terminal and the E0508 ferrule spec are unchanged. If you fitted a Rapido HF instead of the Revo, its thermistor is a different part — re-check sensor_type against its datasheet before power-up. src
