Step B08.8 — Load plate B08-P4¶
Step 8 of 11 with a helper · Batch B08 — Skirts and front modules
Gather for this segment — steps B08.8–B08.9 (~5 min)
Hardware
- 3 mm brim on both, already in the project
Printed parts
side_skirt_b_350×1 — from bin 11-skirtskeystone_panel— 5.0 h, 70 g (PrusaSlicer 2.9.6 estimate) — from bin 11-skirts
Parts:
-
side_skirt_b_350×1 -
keystone_panel— 5.0 h, 70 g (PrusaSlicer 2.9.6 estimate) - 3 mm brim on both, already in the project
Do: Open slicer/plates/B08-P4.3mf with File → Open Project. The arrangement, brims and overrides are
already in it. Confirm it loaded as described rather than rebuilding it.
Check
Brim outline shows on both in the preview.
Helper Reads the sorting diagram legend aloud and counts the parts on it while you load.
What you're looking at
Sorting diagram, drawn from the committed project: every part numbered and filled in the colour of its bin, bin id on the part; the legend reads # · STL · bin (chapter · steps). Sort at Step B08.11.
Caution
Spool #2 should hold about 97 g here and this plate needs 70 g. Six plates of slicer error on #2 can eat that cushion, and a runout on a side skirt leaves a visible seam. If #2 looks light, or its flange reading says under ~90 g left, start this plate on spool #3; keep #2's stub.
