Do:
- Check all six faces of each carton; log dents and punctures.
- Score tape only, blade shallow: carton 2's panels and plate sit under the flaps.
- Lift the plate out flat, never on edge; leave the rest boxed.
Check
No crushed corners, no rattle from carton 2, no oil through carton 1; every panel filmed both faces until Ch 11.
What you're looking at
Two shipping cartons and a blade. Carton 1 is the mechanical and electrical kit: extrusions, motors, rails, fasteners, boards. Carton 2 is the flat, fragile half: eight acrylic and polycarbonate panels and the 355 × 355 × 10 mm cast aluminium build plate.
Tip
a good lamp, 1.5 × 1.5 m of clear floor, and one bin for all packaging. Check the bin for parts before it goes out.
