Do: Skip both pages. There is no RS25-5 in the kit and no space allocated for one.
Check
No RS-25-5 or second supply in the kit boxes; the Pi power lead and 3/4 HAT adapter are bagged for 09.23.
What you're looking at
Another skip, for a related reason: the manual's machine carries a second, 5 V power supply just to run the Pi. The Leviathan generates the Pi's 5 V itself, so this build has exactly one PSU in it.
Caution
Rev D+ / LDO: SKIP manual p.152 and p.172 — "The kit does not use a 5V PSU." The Leviathan supplies the Pi's 5 V through the GPIO power adapter fitted at 09.23. This also removes manual p.190 later in the build. src
