Step 10.15 — Bed Neutral and bed PE → the WAGO bus¶

Parts:
- the Bed N extension lead · already on the bench
- the bed PE lead · already on the bench
Do: Lay both leads from the 34 mm run round the two curves into the wire box. Bed N into a spare port of the blue N WAGO. Bed PE into a spare port of the yellow PE WAGO.
Check
Continuity from the C14 earth pin, through the PE WAGO, to bare aluminium on the build plate.
What you're looking at
The heater's return path, Neutral, and the plate's earth both go straight to the bus, unswitched; only the Live side passes through the relay. That earth connection keeps the aluminium plate safe to touch if the heater pad ever fails onto it.
