Do: LDO: "Check again that the power supply voltage input switch is set to the correct value: 115V vs 230V." Look at the window a second time, now that the PSU is wired and the light is worse.
Check
The number in the window matches your mains. If you have the EU RSP-200-24 there is no switch and nothing to check.
What you're looking at
The same red slide switch as step 10.2, read a second time now that the PSU is wired in place and half in shadow. It is the one setting that destroys the supply on first switch-on.
