Do: Confirm the toolboard end is an Amass XT30(2+2)-F, the partially overmolded variant, and the bay end a Micro-Fit 3.0. Nominal bend radius 28 mm, max operating temperature 105 °C.

check Check

Both connectors are undamaged and the sheath is unnicked over its whole length.

What you're looking at

The umbilical is the thick cable between the bay and the toolhead, carrying 24 V and USB together. The Amass XT30(2+2) at the toolboard end is a four-contact power-plus-signal connector; the Micro-Fit 3.0 at the bay end is the latching rectangular one.

Caution

Rev D+ / LDO: never plug or unplug the Micro-Fit end with the machine powered — it can take out the Nitehawk or the Pi. src
