Step 10.8 — Inlet → WAGO bus¶
Step 8 of 80 · Chapter 10 — Wiring and Checkpoint #1
Parts:
- the inlet module's three pre-wired cores · already on the bench
- WAGO N, L and PE · already on the bench
Do:
- Strip each core to 11 mm.
- Lift a lever, push the core to the stop, close it. Blue N, brown L, green/yellow PE.
- Route the run inside the wire box, not across open deck.
Check
Tug each core hard: none comes out, and no copper shows outside any WAGO port.
What you're looking at
The first mains run in the machine: the three wires leaving the inlet module land in their matching WAGO blocks. The drawing shows your route inside the printed wire box; LDO's photo shows its PVC wire duct.
Tip
The strip-length gauge is moulded on the side of every WAGO 221.
LDO layout
route the run inside LDO's rear PVC duct instead, as the photo shows. LDO § Connecting inlet and WAGO
