Parts:
- the 3×2 XH splicer PCB on its printed spacer · already on the bench
Do:
- Ignore p.228 and p.231.
- Confirm Ch 10's wiring: both fans on the 3×2 splicer, the splicer on its printed spacer, the run on FAN2 / PF7.
- Dress the leads into the duct, clear of the blades.
Check
Both fans on one splicer; splicer on its spacer, not touching aluminium; PCB FAN plugged into FAN2/PF7; no lead within reach of a blade.
What you're looking at
The two manual pages describe a BTT Octopus controller this kit does not have. You are confirming Ch 10's wiring instead: both fans on one 3×2 splicer PCB, that PCB on its printed spacer, and the run landing on the Leviathan's FAN2 port.
Caution
Rev D+ / LDO: fan map for this build — PCB fan → FAN2/PF7; LED strip → LED-Strip/PE6; filter fan → FAN3/PF9. "Please remember to mount 3x2 splicing PCBs using the printed part to prevent a short with the extrusion." src
