Parts:

  • bottom_panel_clip ×4 · bin 11-panels
  • bottom_panel_hinge ×2 · bin 11-panels
  • 3M VHB tape, six pads · consumable
  • IPA and a lint-free cloth · consumable

Do:

  1. Still unplugged, put the printer on its side, as at 10.1.
  2. Wipe all six pad faces with IPA and let it flash off.
  3. Cut six VHB pads to match, press one onto each, liners left on.

What you're looking at

3M VHB is a double-sided acrylic foam tape that reaches most of its strength within an hour and does not come off again. These six printed parts, four clips and two hinges, are what the bottom panel bonds to.
