Do:

  1. Roll four M3 T-nuts into the left front upright, aligned to the top and bottom corner clips, and four into the door frame's hinge edge.
  2. Screw each hinge on loosely, pins up, small gap at the top.

check Check

Both printer-side halves on with pins up, the door lifting off and dropping back on, hanging parallel with an even gap top to bottom.

helperHelper Holds the taped door in the opening while you mark and hang the hinges.

What you're looking at

The hinges are the lift-off kind: the pins point up, so the door drops on and lifts straight off. The top and bottom corner panel clips on that vertical are the alignment datum, because they are already square to the frame.

tip Tip

tape the door in the opening first to see where it wants to sit.
