Do: Now that every panel is on and aligned, put a drop of thread locker on each panel clip's hammerhead nut.
Check
Every clip still holds its panel; a quarter turn of any clip screw releases the panel edge without the nut falling into the extrusion.
What you're looking at
Thread locker on the hammerhead nuts stops them turning when the screw is slackened. That converts every panel clip into a quarter-turn quick release: the panel comes off in seconds and the nut does not vanish inside the extrusion.
