Check
KIAUH's status panel shows Klipper, Moonraker and Mainsail as already installed, and KlipperScreen as not installed.
What you're looking at
KIAUH, the Klipper Installation And Update Helper, is a menu-driven installer for the Klipper ecosystem. MainsailOS has already installed everything it offers except KlipperScreen, so it is here for exactly one job.
You land in KIAUH's main menu. Do not use it to install Klipper, Moonraker or Mainsail — MainsailOS already has them, and a second install will fight the first.
