Step B11.4 — Test the coupon's lid snap¶
Step 4 of 14 · Batch B11 — Bay ducting (PETG V0)
Do: Snap the lid on and off five times, then shake the coupon lid down.
Check
The lid clicks home each time and stays on when shaken. Any crack or loose lid means no B11-P5.
What you're looking at
The coupon is a 22 mm slice of the narrowed middle run. Its walls, tines and lid rail are the stock geometry; only the floor and lid are 2.4 mm narrower.
